Horn -
Tibet

Purchased in Katmandu, Nepal, 1968

From
Graciela's Notes
On the high plateau of Tibet,
Buddhist monks use this collapsible horn to call
their fellow monks to prayer. This is also done in
Nepal. It is made of copper and brass. Bought in
Katmandu, Nepal during my Christmas trip in 1968.
