If psychology interests you, Our Lady of the Lake University
offers psychology programs at the undergraduate
(Bachelor of Art in Psychology), masters (Master
of Science in Psychology) with specializations in
Counseling Psychology,
Marriage and Family
Therapy and School
Psychology, and doctoral (Doctor
of Psychology in Counseling Psychology) levels.
The PsyD is accredited by the American
Psychological Association. Our programs will train
you to apply psychological theory and practice to a
broad range of situations and populations. All graduate
degree programs academically prepare you to become licensed
as a mental health professional.
Training
for Bilingual (Spanish-English) Students and Professionals
The OLLU Psychology Department offers training for students
and professionals who wish to provide services to Spanish
speaking populations. The goal of the training is to
produce professionals who are as confident and competent
providing services in Spanish as they are in English.
