San Antonio, Texas, one of the few unique cities in the United States, is a mix of Mexican, Spanish, German and other heritages.

San Antonio’s sunbelt climate makes living here pleasant in all seasons. Mexico and gulf beaches are less than three hours away by car. Austin, the state capital, is about 80 miles away in the Hill Country.

The city’s main attractions include the tree-lined Paseo del Rio (River Walk) with its restaurants and shops, HemisFair Park, a Mexican Market, museums (art, natural history, Texas cultures, circus and transportation), a professional basketball team, the third largest zoo in the United States, a symphony orchestra, parks, numerous restaurants, the giant marine park Sea World of Texas, and the musical theme park Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
